The American Arbitration Association mailed ballots to all eligible members on March 1, 2007. The return deadline was March 22, 2007 at 9:00 AM.
2173 Ballots were mailed.
1124 Ballots were returned by the deadline.
1122 Ballots were eligible to be counted.
Two ballots were not counted:
1 – No identification – control number had been torn off
1 – Two secret ballots were returned in one envelope
The A.A.A. counted the ballots with the Election Committee present and the results were certified by A.A.A. at 4:20 PM on March 22, 2007.
